PhiStaCon is recognized for the restructuring of companies in good (prevention) and in bad times (intensive care). We create holistic reorganization concepts to regain financial stability  for example. PhiStaCon is also able to take over management positions for a certain time (CRO, CEO, COO, CTO, ...) and if required, as a member on committees.

The starting point for our restructuring approach is always the market. All measures are derived from key market requirements and to aim for a certain market position in future. By unsparing survey, a clear systematical implementation and a strict management, we achieve the necessary realignment of the company. Only thus can a long-term success rather than a "result-fireworks" be accomplished.
