Our understanding of roles follows the individual task

In the majority of the projects we support our customers in the traditional role of the consultant. This form of consultation will be applied to almost all PhiStaCon areas of expertise. Depending on the particular problem, one or more PhiStaCon consultants are involved and create, in close cooperation with customers staff, specific solutions, which affect the bottom line.


We also take for a limited time, the responsibility for individual functions, business units or the management of entire companies. Particularly in restructuring or crisis situations, time constraints offer the need for rapid availability of technical and managerial competence in the acquisition of management responsibility by PhiStaCon. We also work in advisory board functions.


We can take a coaching role especially in those kinds of projects, which do not require the permanent presence of our consultants at customer sites or which are less time-critical. In this case the assessment is carried out on a daily basis. Typical project contents could be a quick survey for a specific business sector or the strategic restructuring of enterprises. We can also support the continued implementation after the project end in this form.
